Moneer is highly motivated professional with more than 29 years of experience in management and training, deeply involved in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of vocational and labour market related programmes, dynamic team-player with extensive knowledge, skills and direct experience in career guidance and counselling.
Seroor is a Training and Management Consultant with experience across the private, public and voluntary sectors. With over 29 years of experience in Bahrain, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Seroor has worked passionately across a diverse range of industries to assist companies improve profitability whilst helping many people with their careers along the way.
Seroor has a degree in Science from King Saud University, KSA, and Master in applied Science from the Brunel University (UK) and currently is a Doctorate Candidate in HR, Evaluating training effectiveness, UWIC University (UK).
He is currently Treasurer at Bahrain Society for Training & Development.
