Mrs. Najat Mohamed Sharif has over 30 years’ experience in HR and IT and holds a BS in Information Technology from Ahlia University and an International Diploma in Computer Studies. She joined GPIC in 1986, and worked her way up the ranks from Operations Officer, Programmer, and System Analyst to Human Resources Superintendent and now holds the position as Human Resources Manager for GPIC. Mrs. Sharif is a Member of the Bahrain Society for Training and Development and also a Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD). She also serves on key committees within GPIC.
