groups are some of the things Dr. Khaled Albaker does best.
Dr. Khaled Albaker is an enthusiastic educator/trainer with a wide range of experience in managing
and teaching across government schools, private educational institutions, higher education, and
teacher education settings. His specialties include Coaching, Educational Change Management,
Educational Leadership, Action Research for Educators, Teacher and Training pre and in-service,
Organizational Development, and Curriculum Development.
Dr. Khaled enjoys educating and motivating teams while working in a demanding, highly focused,
and collaborative team environment. He is a natural leader and an effective team player who can
work with others, solve problems and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
As an International keynote speaker with excellent interpersonal, presentation and live
communication skills, Dr. Khaled has a record of preparing and delivering engaging presentations on
a variety of educational and managerial subjects including Change Management, Educational Policy
Making, Educational Reforms and Human Resources Development amongst others.
Highly focused on achieving employees and organizational success, Dr. Khaled founded Bahraini
Educators Action Research Network and an operational co-founder Bahrain’s Teachers College.
Much of his success comes from his ability to partner with cross-functional leadership teams to
develop organizational and directorate structure.
Dr. Khaled is an international journals editor and reviewer, an international researcher and
publisher, and a grant winner (up to 80,000 $ during his research career). He prepares detailed
reports on national and regional levels, created annual national reports on government schools
performance and generates clear and concise reports on each government school in Bahrain.
In addition, Dr. Khaled has a strong academic background – including EdD. in International
Educational Management from Leeds University, UK, MA. in Educational Administration from the
London College, UK and a BA. in Education, University of Bahrain, Kingdom of Bahrain – and various
Professional Certifications.
With extensive experience in working in complex contexts and startup institutions, Dr. Khaled is well
positioned to deliver the highest standards of coaching, training, research, educational
administration and instructional delivery across various higher, tertiary and private education
institutions and in the field of human resources development.
