Training the Trainer program (Certified Trainer) from the HRD Academy – Bahrain (Obtained the first highest mark in the class)
During the past fifteen years, She provided many training courses and workshops to employees of various public sectors. Most notably workshops on defining strategy objectives and performance indicators, in addition to specialized courses in presentation and communication skills, the art of persuasion, discussion and other self-development skills.
She participated in many conferences on human resources development and volunteering through the provision of workshops on leadership skills and working as a team for school students.
Her last position was Director of Quality Management at Social Insurance Organization.
Previously she worked as an accountant at a commercial bank in Bahrain, served as the head of the training program implementation group and then the head of the change management and communication department at the Civil Service Bureau.
She holds a Master of Human Resources Management with Distinction with First Class Honors and a Bachelor of Business and Management
