Seham Yateem is a multidisciplinary Bahraini creative, with a consistent passion towards developing sustainable communities regionally and globally. She is a Fulbright scholar year 2020 graduate, with an M.Ed. in Community Development & Action from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in Interior Design under the Ministry of Education's scholarship prior to her masters. Seham is currently the Deputy Operations & Community Engagement Manager at Reboot Coding Institute, a global tech school following an innovative pedagogy model, in addition to being a part-time university lecturer in the College of Art & Design at both RUW and UoB in Bahrain. Her diverse professional background flourishes in departments such as HR, Talent Management, Business Development, Design and Project Management, with experience in industries such as Education, Tourism, Technology, Hospitality, Social Development, and Event Management, allowing her to place her proven success in contribution within these environments. She is also a speaker in regional leadership development forums and is proactively involved in prominent global social impact organizations and networks such as organizing the IISS’s Manama Dialogue, various initiatives with the Ministry of Youth, Vice Curating the WEF Global Shapers Manama Hub, along with partaking in regional performing arts.
