Khalid enjoys wide range of experience in different fields and industries such as accounting & finance, M&A, Transportation, Investments, audit assurance, and consultancy.
He started his career with EY Bahrain in Audit & Assurance Services, then joined Gulf International Bank for 7 years in Financial Controls. In 2009, He joined Al Salam Bank and worked for 11 years started as head of Strategic & Support, then he was appointed as Group Head of Finance. In May 2020, He joined National Bank of Bahrain as Head of Finance Operations.
He worked in King Fahad Causeway Authority as Deputy CEO and CFO from Oct 2020 till Oct 2022.
He Holds ACCA Professional Certificate and a Bachelor degree in Accounting.
