Fatima, a Bahraini trainer and life coach, is interested in human development. She has helped many individuals to become self-aware, set goals, and succeed in personal and professional life.

In addition to her credit, she has exceeded 500 hours of personal empowerment sessions, supported by 22 years of experience in the field of education as a teacher and leader, her main focus is on adding value and achieving success in people's lives so that they make a conscious impact on them.

Passionate about creating a conscious generation that masters life skills.
 
She started her career as a teacher and then a senior teacher for the class teacher system, until 2017, then she continued her career as a life skills coach, then a life coach, and a self-exploration coach.
 
Fatima's personal motto is "Make your impact with awareness" and she has provided many training workshops and evenings for coaches with the aim of spreading awareness in the community.
 
Fatima is considered a specialist in the field of self-development. She has presented many awareness workshops in the field of human development.
 
Academic Qualifications and Societies:

Fatima's educational and professional qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Bahrain. She is a Certified Life Skills Coach, Practitioner in the art and science of NLP as well as a Professional Coach Certified (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
 
She attended many workshops, lectures and conferences related to coaching, human development and childhood.
Possess analytical ability, critical thinking, decision making, problem solving and time management.

It has a prominent role in community service and volunteer work in cooperation with various volunteer agencies. It works to spread the culture of coaching in society through lectures, workshops, and educational messages through social media platforms.
 
Fatima is a member of the Bahrain Society for Training and Human Resources Development, Director of the Membership Committee of the International Coaching Federation, Bahrain Branch, in the fourth term.
